Color Street is very proud of it’s compensation plan and all that the opportunity provides it’s Stylists. You are in charge of how much you make given your own hard work. There is no guarantee of the amount of money one can earn as an Independent Color Street Stylist. The Color Street compensation plan is split into 3 different sections: Individual Sales, Team Building, and Leadership.

Earning levels for independent Stylists are examples and should not be construed as typical or average. Income level achievements are dependent upon the individual stylists business skills, personal ambition, time, commitment, activity, and demographic factors. Individual Sales
- Base commission starts at 25% paid WEEKLY off of your individual sales.
Enhanced commission is a bonus paid MONTHLY based on your sales for the entire month.
- At $600+ you earn an additional 3% (28% total)
- $1200+ you earn an additional 5% (30% total)
- $1800+ you earn an additional 7% (32% total)
- $2400+ 10% (total of 35% commission at the end of the month)
In addition to the commission earned above, every NEW Stylist has the chance to earn Jumpstart Rewards.
Team Building
Building a team is not required, but the Color Street compensation plan rewards you greatly if you do. Below is the breakdown on team building.
Earn a 3% MONTHLY bonus on your team below you, whether your enrolled them or not.
Leadership
The Leadership Depth Bonus is 1.5% PV on all the volume placed beyond your 4th level. It is earned starting at the Senior Director (SD) level.
The next group of bonuses on the Color Street compensation plan are for the Executive Level Stylists. These start at the rank of Executive Director (ED).
- Team Bonus: This is a 1.5% bonus on your entire Team Volume (TV).
- Generation Bonus: When someone on your team achieves the rank of ED, their Team Volume (TV) comes out of your TV and becomes part of your 1st Generation. They begin receiving the 1.5% bonus on their TV and you start receiving a 3% 1st Generation Bonus. When someone on their team becomes an ED, that person and their entire group becomes your 2nd Generation. You can earn 3% Generation Bonuses on up to three generations depending on your Rank.
- Lifestyle Bonus: This is a monthly cash bonus that you can use for any visible enhancement to your quality of life, such as a luxury car, a bigger home, etc. This “Lifestyle Bonus” can be as much as $1,000 per month on top of all the other commissions and bonuses set forth in this plan!

Unfortunately, you are unable to select the exact strips that come in the starter kit. They are supplied with whatever is currently in stock from the catalog. It does not include any of the mini collections or special designs/Foundation sets that are not included in the catalog. Hope this helps!
